  • Prepare training calendar, need assessment analysis, execution, and effectiveness evaluation.
  • Manage e-learning platform and panels.
  • Hold leadership courses for managers.
  • Manage feedback and appreciation systems.
  • Communicate and negotiate with vendors.
  • Prepare periodic reports.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in need assessment models and ISO 10015.
  • Familiarity with mentoring, coaching, and learning styles.
  • Experience in employee engagement concept and survey.
  • Familiarity with vendors and providers of training courses.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English, written and spoken.
