Job Description
The objective of the role:
The main task of the production expert who works in the production and R&D team is to plan, implement and control the production process and ensure the quality of the products, and is responsible for the production of products in accordance with quality standards and specified production standards. Using his management and technical skills, he improves the production process and makes sure that the orders are ready to be delivered to the customer on time.
List of responsibilities:
- Determination of product production requirements.
- Selection of production and manufacturing methods.
- Coordination of production activities.
- Negotiating with contractors for the construction of parts, choosing the most appropriate contractor.
- Planning production activities and scheduling its stages.
- Production time management.
- Analysis of production data.
- Product quality control.
- Ensuring compliance with related standards.
- Development or implementation of tracking or production quality control systems.
- Creating production processes and improving them.
- Solving production issues.
- Estimation of production costs and cooperation in optimizing those costs.
- Cooperation in delivering products to customers.
- Registration of production data, such as the number of raw materials used, information on suppliers of product parts, etc.
- Preparation and maintenance of production reports, construction orders, and lists of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Reporting to: Production Manager.
- Length of Probation Period: 3 Months.
- Working hours: Saturday ~ Tuesday 8 am - 5 pm, Wednesday 8 am - 4 pm.
- Travel requirements: occasional travel within the country.

Requirements
University Qualifications:
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering (Manufacturing), Mechanical Engineering (Solid Design), Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Design (graduates of top governmental universities, such as the University of Tehran, Sharif University, AmirKabir University, Shahid Beheshti University, etc. are given priority).
Nature and Length of Previous Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in production in industrial fields.
- Proven working experience planning and expediting the production process.
Specialist Knowledge:
- Familiarity with SolidWorks 3D Design Software.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Software.
- Familiarity with Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and MSP) (Intermediate).
- Good in English (Intermediate).
- Proficient in using measurement tools and engineering drawing reading.
- Familiarity with dimensional and geometric tolerances.
- Proficient in production and manufacturing methods.
