Manage General Services Team including but not limited to the receptionist, procurement, cleaners, teaboys, maintenance, couriers, warehouse.
Create an internal warehouse, manage it and make sure all items are available in time based on defined standards. (Inventory management)
Oversee and agree contracts and providers for services including cleaning, catering, security, HSE, and so in time
Work on company General Facility regulations, internal policies and promote them to meet employee and business needs
Plan on Building maintenance and reflect them on the budgets (Capex and Opex) and ensure cost-effectiveness
Ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
Oversee building projects, based on growth plan of company, number of employees and renovations or refurbishments
Be align with HR Team to provide in time facilities such as work accessories and essential materials to new comers and ensure all employees have standard work stations
Support businesses to stablish/relocate to new offices or make decisions about leasing if needed
Draft and prepare monthly/quarterly reports about consuming trends and written recommendations to make more cost effective decisions
Make sure that all employees receive high quality general services in the work place to promote “Best place to work” concept in practice

Requirements

At least 5 years’ work experience in relevant field
Excellent management skills to lead and support the team
Familiarity with Vendor ship concepts and regulations
Familiarity with planning and budgeting practices
Have a practical, flexible, and innovative approach to working with customers and coworkers
Familiarity with general procurement process
Have a good understanding about periodic building maintenance
Be agile and smart and have the ability to forecast the needs
Proactive on preparing high service level
