Bachelor's degree preferably in Industrial Engineering or Management.
Familiarity with financial processes in FinTech companies.
Excellent MS Office skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Key Responsibility:
Training, guidance, and leadership of the financial operations team.
Preparing and setting KPIs and monitoring their implementation.
Development, implementation, and management of operational processes.
Continuous optimization and improvement to speed up the processes.
Forecasting operational risks and finding alternative solutions.
Preparing and presenting operational reports to management.
