Job Description

The mission of this position at Zarrin Roya is to plan, prepare, and participate in the execution of digital campaigns to ensure compliance with defined standards.

The key tasks and responsibilities of this position are as follows:

- Digital media planning including web, mobile, and social media to enhance media effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaboration and cooperation with advertising agencies for campaign execution.
- Development and enhancement of key performance indicators (KPIs) during and after campaign execution, presenting them to management for approval and future campaign optimization.
- Review ongoing and completed campaign data and dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators for decision-making and implementation of necessary actions.
- Establishing communication with digital media owners, including influencers, Instagram page owners, and digital advertising contractors, to present collaboration proposals encompassing content, scheduling, campaign launch method, negotiation, and contract signing.
- Evaluating collaboration conditions with media regarding campaigns and digital activities to assess collaboration conditions, presenting them to management for final decision-making.
- Gathering ideas from relevant departments, documenting, preparing, and presenting designed campaigns to management for execution approval or campaign redesign.
- Reviewing digital objectives and strategies, providing expert proposals for digital budget allocation to present to management and obtain approval.
- Evaluating digital media and preparing and presenting evaluation reports to facilitate management decision-making in contracting with digital media owners, including purchase and collaboration agreements.
- Assessing media performance during and after campaign execution for intervention, and preparing and presenting executive and analytical reports to management.

Requirements

More than 5 years of digital marketing.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, MBA, or a related field.
Ability to make tight deadlines.
Proven result orientation and risk management.
Excellent Accountability, Consumer-centric approach, and Effective communication skills.
Excellent in Types of advertising platforms on the web and app, Digital Marketing, Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
Familiar with Negotiation Principles and Techniques and Media Buying.
