Job Description

  • Do root cause analysis on the findings.
  • Study and prepare various SOPs related to quality and compliance.
  • Perform regular checks/audits, design control systems and implement practices to drive service compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures, by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 is a must.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Time management skills.
  • MS Office skills.
  • English skills (writing, and speaking).
