Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for keeping employee documentation like contracts, amendments, letters, etc.; updating and archiving them properly; this position supports employees from onboarding in terms of document gathering and contract preparation. For current employees, the contract renewal should be checked with line managers, and new contracts should be prepared/printed based on new data (position/salary). A similar process should be done for HR dynamics.
